Before you message
How soon will you reply?
Same day during the week, usually within a few hours. Weekend messages we'll pick up Monday morning. If it's urgent, best to ring rather than text.
Do I need to be home?
For the quote, no, send a photo and we'll come past. For the job itself, not usually, as long as there's access. A lot of our customers are out at work while we cut.
How do you want to be paid?
Bank transfer the same day is our preference, or cash on the day. No cards, no invoicing software, we're keeping it simple on purpose.
What if I've got more than one hedge?
Brilliant, bundle them into one visit and we'll knock a bit off. Mention them all in the first message so we can plan properly.
